Home from College
An AI matching platform where brands and Gen Z students grow together — online and on campus. Built on two tiers: microGIGs let students complete short tasks (surveys, product feedback, social posts) and get paid fast, while longer GIGs put student ambassadors, creators, and testers inside real brand campaigns.
For brands, it's authentic access to the audience that's hardest to reach without faking it. For students, it's resume-worthy work that fits between classes. A bridge between campus influence and professional opportunity, where the gig actually matters.
The gap
Ninety percent of students graduate with no professional experience on paper — while seventy percent of Gen Z is already hunting for gig work. Home from College lives in that gap.
Two speeds
One marketplace, two tempos: a microGIG that fits between classes, a campaign gig that belongs on a résumé — designed to read as one product at either pace. One runs on a countdown and a spot count. The other on a signed contract, a monthly rate, and a first payment already dated.
The brief
On the brand side it is a prompt box and four intents — social engagement, product review, app install, survey. The prompt box has a name for the thing on the other side: tell Bestie your vision for the microGIG. One sentence goes in; what comes back is a cohort table you can sort by school, major and graduation year, with the submitted proof attached to each row.

The work
Three years on the same account, still shipping. One designer on both halves of it — the student app and the brand console, the website where a résumé becomes a shareable B/Card, the brand system that holds them together, the socials, the motion graphics, and every video on this page.
